Safety Shield
Safety Shield is an advanced AI human form recognition safety system developed to Protect pedestrians and site personnel, warn the plant operator of people entering the red zone, and providing data footage for the improvement of training and development. By Autumn 2024 all our large plant will have Safety Shield fitted as standard.
GPS
Our investment in GPS has given us huge benefits. Machine control allows us to ‘virtually’ set out and work to our site datum without the requirement for traditional engineering methods, giving us greater accuracy and production efficiencies. Safety benefits are gained by reducing the need for people to work within close proximity to the machines. With over 60 excavators fitted with the base install, we also have the flexibility of moving the kits around.
Kerb Race
Since purchasing our first Arrow Machine in 2020 we have seen big efficiency improvements. The machine works on an extrusion method which compacts the concrete put into the top and uses the compacted concrete to propel itself. In the past 2 years, we have laid over 130km of Kerb race, which would have taken significantly longer to complete previously with three times the manpower. It also gives us consistency in size and height.
