MV Kelly offers unique Value Engineering to Clients through a range of innovative and informed avenues. We offer alternative approved products, materials, and construction methods not commonly used elsewhere.

We offer Engineering advice around Infrastructure and Groundworks that can be adjusted in line with regulatory requirements to provide a more viable outcome. This can include altering the Designs of Roads, Drainage, and External Levels to cut costs to clients through reductions in materials, transport and time. These also provide the added incentive of reducing carbon emissions. Value Engineering alterations are put forward to Clients at the Tendering Stage to allow time for the Design Engineers to make the changes required and, in some cases, has saved over £1m.
