Our Office Based Apprenticeships
We offer a range of office based Apprenticeships, most of which are located at our Head Office in Shirley, West Midlands.
These opportunities include Accounts & Finance, Buying, Plant, Customer Care, Technical, Learning and Development, HR, IT and Payroll.
Many of the office based roles involve remote learning.
The Groundwork Apprenticeship is hard work, but also rewarding. It taught me the fundamentals of groundworks, as well as life skills too. I gained a base knowledge of construction, which has helped me to progress into my role in the buying department. I am excited to continue learning and work my way up within the team.
I have been working at MV Kelly for just over a year as an accounts apprentice. In that time I have gained extensive knowledge of the finance world and developed essential skills for my future. From day one, my team has provided me with continuous support, as I completed my qualification to become a finance assistant. The apprenticeship program is also highly supportive, offering workbooks and online resources. I have recommended MV Kelly to many people because of the positive work environment, the supportive team, and their commitment to charity work.
