Staff Development

Staff Development is fundamental to MV Kelly's success both on site and in the office.

MV Kelly are committed to having 100% of our employees accredited to CSCS/CPCS card level and having attained or working toward the appropriate card level.

In 2010 alone 55% foremen successfully completed the Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) and all foremen have achieved/ working towards completion of the NVQ Level 3 Construction Site Supervisor Award.

MV Kelly Ltd employs only the best quality personnel who are extremely experienced, highly competent and well trained. Employment costs are higher than sector averages however this ensures we have increased productivity, quality workmanship, reductions in remedial requirements and safer working environments which enables us to keep our tenders competitive.
