All new staff to MV Kelly are given a company induction covering health and safety procedures. Health and safety training is provided to all operatives on a regular basis in accordance with an individual training matrix to ensure their personal development.
We have a directly employed team of 4 dedicated and experienced people within the safety department led by our SHE manager who carries out frequent audits of procedures ensuring that a high level of client liaison is maintained.
MV Kelly are committed to having 100% of our employees accredited to the appropriate CSCS/CPCS card level.
A health and safety committee led by the directors ensures that best practice and lessons learnt are consistently applied across our business.
