SAFETY FIRST
MV Kelly Ltd has a dedicated Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Team
comprising of SHE Manager, SHE Representative and SHE Co-ordinator. These
three full time positions are supported as appropriate by other trained personnel to
ensure we exceed our statutory and moral obligations in this area. The SHE
department is not separate to other Company functions but underpins everything
that we do and is therefore fully integrated into every area of the business.
M.V. Kelly Ltd will:
- Formulate site specific risk assessments and method statements which will
be kept up to date and relevant to risks/ method of the project
- Adhere to health, safety and environmental obligations working to best practice.
- Monitor, inspect and audit projects to ensure tight control of working procedures,
licence control, equipment and machinery certificates and checks.
- Liaise and effectively communicate with client.
- Undertake staff training and licensing to ensure a consistent and highly competent
and skilled workforce (see Training under Company Heading).
CSCS/CTA
MV Kelly Ltd operate a policy of ensuring that 100% of the workforce is CSCS and/or
CPCS trained and certified. Individuals must also have attained or be working towards
achieving the relevant qualification for their skill and/ or position. We have in house
trainers who are competent to assess and train to CTA standards also.
