PERSONNEL
MV Kelly Ltd employs only the best quality personnel who are extremely experienced,
highly competent and well trained. Employment costs are higher than sector
averages however this ensures we have increased productivity, quality workmanship,
reductions in remedial requirements and safer working environments which enables
us to keep our tenders competitive.
OWN PLANT
We own and maintain all our own plant and equipment to ensure reliability,
functionality and safety. At the time of writing we have in excess of 80 No. 10T and
above excavators along with all associated plant including dump trucks, mini
excavators, rollers, compressors and so on. All plant & equipment is meticulously
managed by our Plant Department and maintained by 3 in-house fitters to ensure
safest and optimum usage. Owning and maintaining our own plant and small tools
enables us to use the best equipment and be self reliant eliminating lost production
due to waiting plant call outs and we can be confident in complying with safety
requirements.
