The client portfolio is deliberately kept to a small number in order that individual client requirements are fully serviced & maintained.

Generally, contracts will include for all groundworks to the properties & all infrastructure works required in association with the clients new residential development, whatever the intricacies are. Thus, from demolition & land remediation to insitu below ground concrete car parking, all requirements are undertaken. M V Kelly Limited pride itself in providing a One Stop Shop solution.

M V Kelly Ltd use all own plant & equipment to ensure reliability, functionality & safety. At time of writing, the company has 100 + 360 deg tracked excavators along with all associated plant, e.g. dump trucks, backhoes, compressors, pumps, plates, rollers, etc. All equipment is meticulously maintainted by in house fitters & managed to ensure safest & best usage.
